No problem! Text us at 512-326-5222 ASAP (no later than 9:15pm!) with the adjustment.
Once your order is submitted online, it can’t be changed online. However, our team can adjust your order for you manually in our system. -
Please text us at 512-326-5222 as early as possible (before 7pm) to request delivery on a non-scheduled delivery day or any other exceptions.
If approved: please save your order in your cart, and our team will manually submit your order on your behalf.
(Note: some routes do not offer any alternate/emergency delivery days, as we may not have trucks in the area on other days.) -

Yes! Our team will continue to accept text orders for delivery. However, most customers find it much easier to order online, to ensure they don’t forget items and to ensure order accuracy.
(And if you’ve already submitted your order online, please do not also text us a duplicate order). -
The description “Special” means that the product is NOT kept in stock, and instead must pre-ordered typically with 3-5 days notice.
To order a “Special” item: do not order online. Please text us at 512-326-5222 to pre-order this item, and then our team will confirm the product’s arrival date, and add it to your order.
As a reminder: once a pre-order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
